By using Khana, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms explain what you can and cannot do on Khana.

What Khana Provides

Khana is a platform that helps you find and order food from restaurants. We provide search tools, restaurant information, menus, and order processing. We connect you with restaurants but we are not the restaurant. We do not cook the food or control how restaurants operate.

Your Account

Creating an Account

To use Khana, you need to:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Not share your account with others

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for everything that happens with your account. If someone else uses your account, you are responsible for their actions. Keep your login details safe.

Using Khana

Acceptable Use

You can use Khana to:

  • Search for food and restaurants
  • Place orders for food
  • Leave honest reviews
  • Save your favorite restaurants

Prohibited Activities

You cannot:

  • Use Khana for illegal purposes
  • Try to hack or break our platform
  • Create fake accounts or reviews
  • Harass restaurants or other users
  • Copy or steal our content
  • Use bots or automated tools
  • Spam or send unwanted messages

Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the restaurant, not Khana. We process the order on behalf of the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing and delivering your food.

Prices and Fees

Prices are set by restaurants and shown clearly before you order. Prices may include service fees or delivery charges. The total amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by restaurant. Contact the restaurant or our support team if you have issues with an order. We will help resolve problems, but the restaurant makes final decisions about refunds.

Reviews and Content

When you post reviews or content on Khana:

  • You give us permission to display and share your content
  • Your content must be honest and based on real experiences
  • You cannot post offensive, false, or illegal content
  • We may remove content that violates these terms
  • You are responsible for what you post

Disclaimers

Service Availability

We try to keep Khana running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may need to update, maintain, or fix things from time to time.

Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are independent businesses. We do not control food quality, preparation, delivery times, or how restaurants operate. Issues with food or service are between you and the restaurant.

Information Accuracy

We work hard to keep restaurant information accurate, but things change. Menus, prices, and hours may not always be up to date. Confirm important details with the restaurant directly.

Limitation of Liability

Khana is not responsible for problems caused by restaurants, delivery services, or third parties. We are not liable for food quality issues, late deliveries, or incorrect orders. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Account Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Use the platform fraudulently
  • Abuse or harass others
  • Harm our platform or reputation

You can close your account anytime by contacting support@khana.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top. For major changes, we will notify you by email or site notice. Continuing to use Khana after changes means you accept the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@khana.com. We want to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved through discussion.
